Terms & Conditions of Sale
- Upon request, a quotation shall be provided to the client.
- Quotations remain valid for a period of 7 (seven) business days.
- A non-refundable deposit of 50 % (fifty) of the total quotation shall be payable on the date of acceptance of the quotation.
The final balance of the amount payable, being the remaining 50 % (fifty) shall be payable on date installation of the Top Locker drawer system. - Timelines are indicated as a guideline only and Top Locker (Pty) Ltd cannot be held liable for any overruns as a consequence of operational issues including supply chain challenges, outside their control.
- Where a transaction is cancelled by the client prior to completion and/or installation for whatsoever reason Top Locker reserve the right to retain 50 % (fifty) non-refundable deposit paid and further, is entitled to charge a reasonable cancellation fee for any costs incurred.
- Top Locker (Pty) Ltd reserve the right to utilise the pictures of the Top Locker drawer system completed with branding for marketing purposes.
- Warranty excludes any wilful abuse of where the product is used outside its design parameters.
- The client also holds Top Locker (Pty) Ltd harmless and indemnifies Top Locker (Pty) Ltd in respect of any and all liability that may arise as a consequence of any licensing and/or patent issues that may apply in respect of the specification, design and manufacturing of the product.
- All goods remain the property of Top Locker (Pty) Ltd and will not be released until the final invoiced amount is paid in full. Where an item is removed without payment in full being made, this will constitute theft and criminal charges will be considered.
- The client accepts that due to the manual manufacturing process minor scratches and dents may occur on body work, Top Locker (Pty) Ltd will however endeavour to ensure that this is kept to a bare minimum, should it occur.
- Top Locker (Pty) Ltd will not be held responsible or liable for loss or damage to any goods or equipment not collected after payment is made, or any goods stored or left in our factory or facilities for any reason whatsoever.
- Handover and collection of the finished products will be at Top Locker (Pty) Ltd fitment centre in Gauteng, or our nominated agent’s premises.
- The client is responsible for all insurance arrangements once installation has taken place.
How long does it take?
It essentially depends on the type of canopy you have, complexity of installation and where you are situated in the country.
Measurement at our accredited fitment centre in Gauteng – approximately ½ hour
Manufacturing time once 50 % deposit reflects in our bank account – 2 to 4 weeks
Installation time at our accredited fitment centre in Gauteng – 1 day
Payment Options
Payment may be made via Visa, Master Card, Diners or American Express credit cards or EFT, into the Top Locker (Pty) Ltd bank account, the details of which will be provided after the quotation was accepted.
Please note, when selecting to pay by EFT, you have 48 hours after placing your order and receiving your Tax Invoice to make the payment.

The manufacturing lead time as specified on the website only starts once Top Locker has received the payment from your bank.

Payment Safety & Security
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
Credit card transactions will be acquired for PayFast (Pty) Ltd who are an approved payment gateway in South Africa. PayFast uses the highest level of encryption currently available (Extended Validation SSL with 256-bit encryption – only two of the four major South African banks use this). The company registration documents and the site’s registered domain name are checked and verified by Thawte. 3D Secure is in place for all credit card transactions. All sensitive information is encrypted within their own database. Users may go to https://www.payfast.co.za/s/std/security to view their security certificate and security policy.
Transaction Currency
The transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR). Prices are subject to change without notice.
Responsibility
Top Locker (Pty) Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and installation of goods. We will take all reasonable efforts to maintain correct prices on the website and Tax Invoices. Should errors occur or items be offered at incorrect prices, we will not be obliged to sell goods at such incorrect prices and shall only be liable to refund.
