Our Warranty
TOP LOCKER is manufactured and installed to provide years of safe and efficient service. We are confident in the quality of our product and it is our goal to provide effective service for any defective product issue. For the original purchaser, our warranty covers defects in workmanship, manufacturing, and components for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.
If a defect is found during that period, TOP LOCKER will either repair or replace the item at its opinion. TOP LOCKER will determine whether the defect in workmanship or components will be repaired or replaced. If repair is deemed the best solution, TOP LOCKER will determine whether the entire unit should removed from the canopy and returned to our workshop for repairs. Repair or replacement is solely at the discretion of TOP LOCKER.
It is important that the original purchaser obtain the proof of purchase and identification documentation when submitting a claim on a defect part. TOP LOCKER will also request digital pictures and short description of the fault.
The two-year warranty does not apply to failure or damage caused by altering the original fitment done by TOP LOCKER’s approved fitment centers, accidental or intentional damage, misuse, mishandling or abuse, failure of other products, operation of the product outside of its environmental or technical specifications, or repair or modification carried out by anyone other than TOP LOCKER.
The two-year warranty also not cover normal wear and tear like rust, scratches, chips, carpet tear or carpet color fading and coating faults.
TOP LOCKER have been designed and load tested for their rated capacity on the TOP LOCKER testing platform. Loads should never exceed the TOP LOCKER units rated load capacity and should be evenly distributed on the storage unit.
TOP LOCKER are designed for multiple lifestyle applications. Due to the harshness of the mining, environments, TOP LOCKER products used in these applications may be operating outside of their environmental and technical specifications, and are therefore excluded from a two (2) year Warranty. TOP LOCKER products used in mining applications are warranted for up to 1 year.
